These Terms of Service (the "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("you") and TracksCPD Ventures, Inc. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") regarding your use of our website (trackscpd.com) and related products or services (collectively, "Services"). By using our Services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, you must immediately stop using our Services.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be noted by revising the "Effective date." Continued use after updates signifies acceptance.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services. When registering, you agree to provide accurate and current information, keep your password secure, and accept responsibility for all activity under your account. We reserve the right to change or remove your username if deemed inappropriate.

We own or license all intellectual property ("Content") and trademarks ("Marks") related to the Services. Content and Marks may only be used for personal, non-commercial, or internal business purposes. You must obtain our written permission to use them commercially.

You may submit feedback ("Submissions") or publicly post content ("Contributions") through our Services. You assign us full ownership of any Submissions sent directly to us. We accept payments via Visa and Mastercard. All prices are in Canadian Dollars and subject to change. You agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize charges for your transactions. We reserve the right to limit or cancel orders. Sales tax will apply where required.

Subscriptions renew automatically annually unless canceled through your account settings before renewal.

We are not responsible for third-party content, websites, or services accessible through our Services. Your interaction with third-party websites is at your own risk and subject to third-party terms.

Our Services are provided "AS IS." We disclaim all warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the accuracy, safety, or availability of the Services. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access without notice for any violation of these Terms or applicable laws. Upon termination, you must stop all use immediately and may not re-register under a new identity.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Saskatchewan, Canada. All disputes must be resolved exclusively in Saskatchewan courts. You waive your rights to jury trials and class-action lawsuits.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us. Failure to enforce any provision does not waive our rights. We may assign these Terms; you may not. Electronic communications constitute written communications.
